SEL Social-Emotional Learning

The SEL [Social-Emotional Learning] Research Group engages in a variety of social-emotional education and development research areas that include developmental, pedagogical, and organizational aspects, pursuing efforts to understand social-emotional learning and development processes in support of children, youth, parents, pre-service teachers, teachers, school counsellors, and school principals in school settings and in teacher education.

Goals:

• Collaborating on research that benefits the social-emotional Learning and development of children, youth, families, and communities.

• Driving knowledge translation/mobilization related to social and emotional learning in schools and the academy.
